We collect information through the following interactions: We may collect personal information in a number of ways: when you use our website www.stirlingwomen.co.nz (site) and sign up to our newsletter, create an account, buy our products or complete the contact form; when you interact with us by ringing us with an enquiry about our products, entering a competition we are running, sending us an email or making a complaint; in the course of our business relationship with customers, contractors, suppliers and other business contacts e.g. if you are selling us products or you are engaged to run a competition or an event for us; via social media sites such as Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram and Linked In; about contractors who perform services for us.
Pricing & Payment
Each STIRLINGWOMEN store is franchised which means that stores are individually owned and operated by the franchisee of the store including any website. We try to maintain consistent pricing across our stores, however some prices may vary from region to region.
All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include GST (15% sales tax).
Your credit card details will not be processed or transmitted through our site. All transactions are processed through a secure payment service provider. We use DPS to provide this service and to host and manage the payment page. All transaction sessions are stored and processed in encrypted strings. Your credit card details will not be held by STIRLINGWOMEN and cannot be accessed by our STIRLINGWOMEN staff.
If we suspect any fraudulent use of our site or personal or payment details, we reserve the right to put any order on hold while we undertake the necessary checks, including bank checks. We further reserve the right to cancel any transaction following such checks.
Storage & Security of your personal information
We ensure that all information collected will be safely and securely stored. We protect your personal information by restricting access to personal information and maintaining technology products to prevent unauthorised computer access.
Evalucation & Feedback
When you provide us with evaluation or feedback we may use this information for marketing and business development activities. This information is also used as part of our continuous improvement process.
