When will new product be available on your website?

We are constantly updating our online range as new fashion lines are released and as we stock new brands. View all our new arrivals.  

How do I know if an item is in stock?

All items are in stock unless ‘Sold out’ is displayed. However our online inventory updates on an hourly basis, so there might be the odd occasion where an item may be sold just prior to you placing your order and is still showing as available. If this does happen, we will contact you.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Afterpay, Laybuy, Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and Internet Banking. 

Please ensure that your billing name is entered exactly as it appears on your card. For the protection of our customers, transactions cannot be processed if billing information is not 100% accurate.

When will I be billed for my order? 

The money will be taken from your card, as soon as the order is placed.

Are your prices in New Zealand Dollars (NZD)?

Yes, all pricing is in New Zealand Dollars.

I recently purchased something online but is now on sale, can I get a refund?

We are frequently adjusting our prices in response to trends, events and stock levels. Unfortunately we are unable to give a refund on the difference if the item you ordered is now on sale. Don't worry, we'll have another sale or promotion soon so please keep an eye out online!



How long does delivery take?

Orders placed on weekdays before 2pm we will aim to begin processing straight away. Orders placed on Friday after 4pm will begin processing on the following Monday. Please allow 1-4 working days for your order to arrive, depending on delivery location.

How much does delivery cost?

Shipping is free on all orders $150 and over. All orders under $150 will incur a flat $8 courier charge

How can I obtain free shipping?

When you make a purchase over $150 we will ship your order free of charge.

How do I track the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation with your shipping tracking number.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

We are unable to deliver to PO boxes as we require a signature upon delivery

What is our returns or exchange policy?

Items must be unworn and unused with the original tags still attached.

Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be in the original packaging, which must be in original condition. This includes branded shoe boxes.

How do I return and exchange something?

Please ensure all tags are intact and items are unworn. Contact STIRLINGWOMEN via email and notify us of your intended exchange or return. Send your item back to our Online Returns address with a completed returns form and we can process your exchange or refund for you.

Can I return a full-priced item?

Any full-priced item that is returned for a refund, will be processed onto the original method of payment. Shipping will be deducted from this amount. Refunds are processed upon receipt of returned goods but please be aware it can take up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed by our returns team.

What if I don't have the original packaging?

If you are missing your STRILINGWOMEN delivery bag, use a similar sized cardboard box or plastic courier bag. Please note that you are responsible for safely packing your return so we receive the items in their original condition.

When returning shoes, send them back just how you received them – in the original branded shoebox (i.e. Adidas shoes back in Adidas shoebox) and place this inside the courier bag. The branded box is just as important as the shoes themselves, so please do not alter it in any way - e.g. do not attach returns forms, tape or mark the box. We can only accept shoes back if they are sent in their original packaging.

Original packaging does not refer to the clear plastic packaging.

I received a faulty item, what should I do?

We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest quality. If you have received an item with a fault, please contact us so we can guide you through the returns process and help fix the problem as swiftly as possible. Please note that we'll need a photo or two showing the fault, which will speed up the returns process for you.


Gift cards make a convenient gift and they are easy to use, so here are some tips to keep in mind:

When purchasing a STIRLINGWOMEN Gift Card for someone, please make sure their email address is correct! If they have not received their voucher within 12 hours of the date selected, or if you see there is a mistake, please get in touch as soon as you can and we will fix this for you. 

If you're the lucky recipient of a STIRLINGWOMEN Gift Card, this is automatically added to your account and ready to use! When you want to buy something using your Gift Card, make sure you're logged in and it will appear when you reach the checkout, so make sure to select this option before confirming your order.  

STIRLINGWOMEN Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date received. Any balance remaining after 12 months will no longer be valid for use. 

STIRLINGWOMEN Gift Cards can be redeemed on full price and sales items. However they cannot be used towards the purchase of another gift card. 

If you're spending more than the value of your Gift Card, the outstanding amount will need to be paid using another payment method in the usual way.

If you're spending less than the value of your Gift Card, the credit will stay on your account for you to spend later, but you'll need to spend it before the original expiry date.

STIRLINGWOMEN Gift Cards purchased online cannot be redeemed or transferred for cash or use in store. While Gift Vouchers purchased in store cannot be redeemed online, in certain circumstances, please get in touch with our customer services team. 

If you wish to make a return on an order where a STIRLINGWOMEN Gift Card was used, the amount will be credited back onto the gift card or if you wish to exchange for another size or item, please state this on the returns form when sending back.
