Item isn't what I was expecting - T&C's

We understand online shopping can be tricky at times, it may not be 100% what you were expecting every time. If for any reason you wish to return or exchange your order, we are happy to exchange or refund any item purchased online (excluding sale and final sale items), provided that the below criteria from our Returns and Exchanges Policy are true. 

Online Returns or Exchange policy 

  • Items must be unworn and unused with the original tags still attached.
  • Products must be returned within 21 days of purchase.
  • Items must be in the original packaging, which must be in original condition. This includes branded shoe boxes.
  • Items were originally purchased online.
  • Items purchased using Laybuy or Afterpay cannot be returned for a refund, but can be returned for an exchange or an online credit.

Please note sale items can be returned for exchange only. If the size you wish to exchange for is not available you will be provided with an online credit (which can only be used online and not in store).

How to return or exchange something?

Please ensure all tags are intact and items are unworn. Send your item back to our Returns Address with a completed returns form and we can process your exchange or refund for you;

We encourage you to return your parcel via registered or traceable postal services as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by STIRLINGWOMEN. Please note return postage costs will be at your own expense.
