ONLINE RETURNS

We understand online shopping can be tricky at times, it may not be 100% what you were expecting every time. If for any reason you wish to return or exchange your order, we are happy to exchange or refund any item purchased online (excluding sale and final sale items), provided that the below criteria from our Returns and Exchanges Policy are true. 

Online Returns & Exchanges Form

Our returns timeframe will be extended for orders placed throughout lockdown to allow for delays in being able to return your items. You will have 14 days  from the day your region begins Level 2 to return this to us.

FULL PRICE ITEMS

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be in un-worn, new condition with all original tags attached.

Footwear must be returned in original shoe box which needs to be in a re-sellable condition.

SALE ITEMS

To return a sale item please send this to the address stated below. You cannot exchange for a different product, only a different size in the original product ordered. If this is not available, we will issue you an online credit. No refunds will be issued for sale items.


How do I return my order?

Returns can be taken to your local STIRLINGWOMEN store or couriered back to our returns warehouse.  

Returns taken to store can be exchanged immediately if they have the product/size you need. If not, they will take the item from you along with a completed returns form and we will get the exchange sent out to you from another of our stores. If you are after a credit or refund, our online customer service team will get this processed for you. You will be notified by email when your exchange/refund/credit has been processed.

We encourage you to return your parcel via registered or traceable postal services as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by STIRLINGWOMEN. Please note return postage costs will be at your own expense.

How long will it take to process my return?

For all returns and exchanges, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your refund or exchange from the time your item has been returned to our store.

For exchanges, you will receive an email with your new order once it has been dispatched.

For refunds on full priced items purchased with a credit card, you will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed. Refunds may take 1-3 business days to process onto the original card used for purchase.

I've returned my order and have received an online credit, how do I use it?
Your voucher is already allocated to your account and will now appear in the check out process. When you get to the payment screen, please select the box that says credit card, this should bring up a drop down menu. Please then select voucher with remaining on credit card as your payment option and this will redeem the credit. 

In-Store Purchase
For items purchased in store, please contact the store you purchased the item from. Your item may only be offered an in-store credit rather than a refund. This is at the discretion of the store owner/manager.
