The latest exciting project from Stirling Sports has just emerged. A new brand is born – and dedicated to women only.
Doors of the first store were open to the public last Saturday 6th February, at Auckland’s Mt Wellington, Sylvia Park Mall.
Mark Anderson, Managing Director of Stirling Sports says “Our women’s business in the last two years has grown significantly – and we still see further potential. We saw a gap in the market, and decided to take it”.
Housed within a space of crisp white, raw ply and lush greenery – she will be presented top to toe in both her sportsluxe style and activewear needs.
“We thought to ourselves – what does she live in? What does she train in?” says Merchandise & Marketing Manager, Juliet Yee.
A new home for well-known sports brands Nike, adidas and Under Armour, with the injection of new, hot sports-inspired brands Lorna Jane, adidas StellaSport and Puma. Juliet Yee states, “The addition of trending sportsluxe brands new to the NZ market, alongside exclusive product lines are to follow... so watch this space!”
A mix of PR, bloggers, suppliers and brand ambassadors were joined to celebrate the opening of the store at an exclusive launch party on Wednesday night. “We’re overwhelmed by the positive feedback we received and we were lucky enough to share the event with some incredible women” says Mark Anderson.
With the first store now open, and a website set to launch soon – the team are already planning their next steps.
