First off, you have just been to Chile! What was that like?

Chile was incredible. Easily my favourite place I have ever travelled to.
I loved exploring through the city, being apart of the vibrant crowd at the rugby and the 33 degree weather didn't hurt either!

What motivates you to get up in the morning?

I have two dogs that are just as obsessed with the beach as I am, so that's usually where we head to kick start our day. I also listen to podcasts daily to keep me inspired. Melissa Ambrosini, Oprah Super Soul Conversations + Straight and Curly are my go to's and of course all my beautiful students at dance. I love working in a field where I get to release my creativity, help others grow + move all at the same time.

What do you like to do for fun?

I absolutely love live music + festivals so I try to get to as many concerts as I can.
Travelling and trying out new restaurants with friends are a few of my favourite things to do for fun but mainly I love spending time with my family. They are all my best friends so hanging with the fam is always such a good time.

What inspired you to get into the fashion industry?

I have always loved fashion and styling, and after interning at a Fashion PR agency I decided to start a blog and take my Instagram more seriously as a creative platform to document my love for fashion.

What is a year round wardrobe staple you can’t go without?

A relaxed pair of (slightly) distressed blue jeans! Levi's tapered 501's are my favourite.

How do you like to spend your down time?

Walking along the waterfront, a night at the cinema or cooking up something delicious!

What is your morning routine?

Wake up to my alarm at 5:20 am, throw my gym gear on, wash my face with cold water to wake me up, then out the door to our first training session at 6 am. After morning training sessions it's coffee and brekky time!

What is one thing you can never end a day without doing?

Showering right before bed.

What is your favourite summer dish?

I love making Mexican style buddha bowls with lots of fresh sides, homemade salsa with fresh cherry tomatoes, chard corn, capsicum and zucchini on the BBQ, and of course the MVP - guacamole

THE TWENTIES CLUB

What fashion trends are you loving at the moment?

I love the crossover between sports gear and fashion right now. I like that it is now acceptable to wear sneakers with dresses and leggings with oversized blazers. I think PE Nation are really leading the charge with this trend: Pip and Claire have really created pieces that interchange seamlessly with the rest of a woman's wardrobe while still being highly functional for training.

When you’re not busy with your website and Instagram page, how do you like to spend your down time?

I actually love to write, so it's a blessing that this is now my business! I also love reading international news sites like The New York Times, The Cut, The Guardian, Man Repeller and Into The Gloss. I love being with my girlfriends, my family and looking after my body through exercise and nourishing food.

What is the biggest risk you have taken, and did it pay off?

Starting The Twenties Club has by far been the biggest risk and greatest reward of my adult life. Putting yourself out there for public consumption and criticism is a daunting task, but I'm so grateful that so many women - of all ages - have embraced The Twenties Club and feel like they are part of a movement.
