To celebrate the launch of Nimble Activewear's Glow in the Dark Collection, STIRLINGWOMEN held a F45 event like no other.
F45 Christchurch took us through an epic functional training session in the dark. Our SW babes got their glow on rocking fluro, glow sticks and face paint.
